The Red Tide Apocalypse

The Red Tide Apocalypse is a science-fiction/horror novel that explores the ramifications of a worldwide pandemic and the fight against it.

The client wanted a map showing the spread of the pandemic across the United States and North America. I wanted to create the map so that it would look like an on-screen graphic on a television news program or something you would see in a science research or military facility. I used red radar “blips” or circles of varying sizes to show the hot spots across the country.
